Become the most important companion and memory in your daily life
Azuror will provide you with a complete training kit. Simply place 10 grams of hair into the provided aluminum can. The training kit will include:
- A detailed user manual guides you on how to use the software and provides other relevant information.
- An aluminum canister that allows you to easily hold 10 grams of hair.
Upon receiving the hair, we will first analyze whether the carbon content is sufficient to convert into diamonds. Although we specify the required weight of material, the carbon content may vary between different hairs. If the total carbon content is insufficient to make a diamond, we will notify you and request that you send enough material again, or provide alternatives, such as using hair from a loved one or yourself. If this is inconvenient, we will also process a refund for you.
Once the hair arrives at the lab, it undergoes carbon purification and is placed in a special graphite crucible. The hair is then burned again, with special chemicals added to remove unstable impurities. These heavier impurities separate from the pure carbon during centrifugation, thus extracting a sufficient amount of carbon. The required amount of carbon depends on the size of the diamond. For example, approximately 15-20 grams of hair are needed to create a 50-point diamond.
The purified carbon is transformed into columnar flake graphite and placed in a high-temperature, high-pressure (HPHT) diamond compression device. Here, due to the different proportions and types of carbon elements, different temperatures and pressures are applied to crystallize the ideal diamond. Each diamond is unique, and the growth process can take anywhere from 3 to 6 months.
Each rough diamond is sent to Azuro Republic's diamond cutting factory, where our experts examine its clarity under a microscope to ensure that each diamond reaches perfection during the polishing process. Azuro Republic prides itself on its exquisite polishing craftsmanship, and in addition to round brilliant cuts, we can also create various unique cut shapes to meet your needs.
