Store product return and exchange policy

【Product Returns】

Once the goods purchased in the store have been confirmed by both parties, they cannot be returned. If defects, malfunctions, or missing parts are found, only exchanges will be provided.

【Item Exchange】
  • If you find any defects, malfunctions, or missing parts, please contact us or our partner stores within 3 days of receiving the goods for a replacement. If, after inspection, no human error is found, we will assist you with the replacement.
  • For exchanges, the product and all its accessories must be intact, and the request must be made within the specified time; otherwise, it will not be processed.
  • Azuro Republic reserves the right to determine the final defects.

Items eligible for exchange must remain in their original sales condition.
  • The product still retains its original packaging, complete with the accompanying certificate of authenticity and tax invoice.
  • Try-on is allowed, but the product must not have any man-made malfunctions, damage, scratches, dirt, or other defects.
  • If any items in the original packaging are missing (invoice, incomplete packaging, damage to the goods, scratches, dirt, etc.), it is not covered by the free warranty and only a paid warranty service will be provided.
  • Do not wipe with a cloth (toilet paper), as this may scratch the product. If scratches occur, they will not be covered by the free warranty and only a paid warranty service will be provided.

Items that cannot be exchanged
  • Customized products
  • Special items (special ring sizes, custom-made items)
  • Engraved products
  • More than 7 days past the appreciation period
  • The original packaging is missing items (invoice, incomplete packaging, goods damaged by human intervention, scratches, dirt, etc., indicating incomplete packaging).
  • To protect your and other consumers' hygiene rights, earrings are considered intimate items and therefore cannot be returned or exchanged.

[Definition of Defect]
  • Obvious missing parts, missing stones, and metal scratches
  • Product size error
  • Issues such as different styles are considered product defects.
  • The diamonds, gemstones, and pearls in this product are all natural products and may have natural flaws, color variations, growth lines, etc. The metalwork is handmade, so there may be slight size variations. Product photos may show color differences due to different screen devices; these are all normal phenomena and not defects.

Online shopping return and exchange policy

[Incorrect Product]

Please inspect the goods upon receipt. If you have any concerns, take photos and contact customer service. The goods must be confirmed by both parties before shipment; otherwise, we cannot process the claim. (If the issue is confirmed to be the seller's, the seller will pay the shipping cost; if the issue is confirmed to be the buyer's, the buyer will pay the shipping cost.)

Exchanges are only accepted for defective items, incorrect sizes, or wrong styles. Postage will be borne by the store. Please submit your application and return the item within seven days of receiving it. The item must be in its original sales condition. Please attach photos of the product and your order number to our customer service; a specialist will handle your request. (These are all part of the product; loss, damage, or missing parts may affect your exchange rights and may result in deductions for restoration costs based on the extent of the damage. Items with any of the following conditions—including man-made malfunctions, breakage, scratches, or stains—cannot be returned.)

Credit card refund

The bank will directly refund the amount to your credit card account. The correct refund time is based on your card's billing date. If the refund is received before your billing date, the amount will be added to this billing cycle; if the refund is received after your billing date, you will receive the amount in the next billing cycle. This is the bank's standard operating procedure. Occasionally, there may be delays in refund processing, which is not due to the merchant's fault. Please understand!
