Repair and warranty policy
Product Warranty
- Azuro Republic products are covered by a 2-year warranty from the date of purchase (inclusive) indicated on the warranty card.
- Azuro Republic offers the following warranty and repair services, limited to Taiwan only.
- Azuro Republic reserves the right to decide whether or not to provide warranty service.
[ Free Warranty Coverage ]
- Damage not caused by external forces; within the free warranty period, if the product is damaged under normal use, free repair service will be provided after verification by the partner store.
- During the warranty period, we offer one free bandage adjustment (+/- 2 sizes), but this does not include items for which our partner store staff have stated that the bandage cannot be adjusted.
- Cleaning and maintenance: Free for life
【 Cost-based warranty coverage 】
If the damage is determined not to be caused by the product's own quality, but by improper external force or human factors, Azuro Republic will charge a repair fee based on the extent of the damage.
- During the warranty period: The first adjustment of the ring size by +/- 2 is free of charge; the second adjustment will be charged according to the table below.

- For damage to goods outside the warranty period or damage determined to be caused by human factors within the warranty period: charges will be charged according to the table below . If the goods require replacement of the diamonds, charges will be based on the condition of the goods.

- Damage caused by human factors.
- Damage caused by improper maintenance.
- The goods, warranty cards, or certificates have been altered or processed.
- Products without proof of purchase from our company (invoice, warranty card, or certificate).
[Defective Products and Definition of Defects]
Goods purchased from partner stores are non-refundable once confirmed by both parties. If any defects, malfunctions, or missing parts are found, please contact us or the partner store within 3 days of receiving the goods for a replacement. If, upon inspection, no human error is found, we will assist you with the replacement. Replacements must be complete and include all accessories. Please submit your request within the specified timeframe; otherwise, the request will not be processed. Our company reserves the right to make the final determination of defects.- Obvious missing parts, missing stones, and metal scratches
- Product size error
- Issues such as different styles are considered product defects.
- The diamonds, gemstones, and pearls in this product are all natural products and may have natural flaws, color variations, growth lines, etc. The metalwork is handmade, so there may be slight size variations. Product photos may show color differences due to different screen devices; these are all normal phenomena and not defects.
