How to measure hand circumference
We often receive inquiries from customers about how to measure their hand circumference or find out their hand size, so we wrote this short guide.
### When measuring hand circumference
1. Measure the point located between the hand and the wrist bone.
2. Ensure the contact area is tight during measurement.
**Important:** Do not add any extra space to your wrist circumference measurements. If you prefer the bracelet to be looser, please indicate "loose" in the wrist circumference measurement field before adding it to your cart or in the order notes before checkout.
### Average Hand Circumference
- **Male:** 17 cm
- **Female:** 15 cm
### Measuring Other Bracelets You can measure other bracelets, but please remember:
- The length of a bracelet is not the same as the size of your wrist, because the length of a bracelet refers to the outer diameter, while the size of your wrist refers to the inner diameter.
Please inform us of the "bracelet length" in the wrist size column or order notes, and send a photo of your measured bracelet to support@azuro-republic.com.tw or contact our customer service.
### No measuring tape?
1. Use a piece of string or strip of paper to measure the point between your hand and wrist bone, making sure it is close to the measurement.
2. Lay the string or strip of paper flat on the ruler and take your measurement (in centimeters).
Please tell us when ordering:
1. The exact numbers on the measuring tape (when it is flush against the surface).
2. Your Wrist circumference (in centimeters).
3. You prefer the bracelet to be slightly loose or snug.
